a trip thats still alive.....

Auroville ….when ever I heard about this place there was something that pulled me towards it…..I Knew there was something magical about this place….I wanted to go there and I went there…..and with the best company I could wish for…my friends…our destination was auroville Gias garden where our accommodation was booked. I was more than excited. We took autos from pondicherry to Gias Gardens. The auto driver knew just one language i.e. Tamil …we knew four languages except for Tamil. We just went on and on we entered auroville it was so beautiful. I saw a direction board to gias garden but the auto driver dint ….i tried so hard to explain it to him but I failed miserably …finally we met a person in a gipsy and he was ready to take us to the destination it was a topless gipsy…..wow!!! What a ride it was, I could touch all the trees I just kept on jumping. Finally we reached the gias garden...oh!! my!! God!! I never saw any place so beautiful as gias garden. The owner of the house Mr. kireet who was British was gentle man of his kind. It looked like he put his heart and soul to make and maintain this guest house and we respected his dedication and took that extra care not to spoil it. Soon we got ready and were set to leave the guest house to explore auroville while rest of our classmates preferred to rest for a while…..we walked and walked to take bikes for rent and walked for about four kilometers and we enjoyed the walk totally, so fianly we have bikes in our hands…all that we could manage to get is TVs luna, spirit, and a scooty. The vehicles were in this weird condition driving them was a challenge in its own. While our other class mates failed to get bikes so we were kinda the studs among all….
He hah hah hah….
The three meters wide road with greenbelt on both the sides fog rolling up from the road.
Wooo….i can still remember the scene. Voila!! To add up to all this it rained. This was like icing on the cake. While everybody choose to stop and take shade we drove and were shouting out of joy…..
These are the moments when I feel man!! Life’s beautiful. I don’t mind struggling for days and get to see a day like this and at the end say life is beautiful. We just kept driving again after the unforgettable pasta and chocolate moose, but this time there was no destination we were just driving as if there was no end we drove till two thirty in the night. We also encountered ghost lols …ya when we were driving we would be in a group when ever we would find any bike missing we would wait for them and we waited it was almost like a jungle while the missing bike just reached, we just stopped and were talking, we heard this weird sound all of us almost skipped a heart beat we got really scared and al of us just ran away from that place. Heheheh I donno if it was a ghost but there was something. while we were still driving one of our vehicles got punctured because I was the lightest among all I had to do the honors of driving the punctured vehicle back hotel…..i drove it for about five kilometers …phew….. finally we reached the guest house and none of us were tired still thanks to archisyndrome(i.e. none of us sleep in the nights) It was drizzling and we went on to the terrace sitting on this really high table and taking shade in ninety centimeters cantilevered sunshade.
We choose to freeze….
Madness right ……
But that’s our definition for fun…….
Auroville was a place which was away from the chaos of city life a city full of hope….i donno when but at least after ten years I will come back till then miss u!!!
